There's a nice lull between Thursday night and Saturday afternoon when the elite teams in college basketball don't play. This is a good time to update the tournament seed predictions I made last week. Iowa replaces Michigan, which means that the Big Ten and Big East still claim 9 of the 16 spots. (Expect that number to decrease as the clusters of teams atop the conferences start to thin out.)
